Assistant Clinical Manager

Data Driven Educators provides ABA therapy to children with autism and their families across the Inland Empire and desert communities. We’re looking for an experienced ABA professional who is ready to step into clinical leadership. As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, guide families, and keep treatment on track under the direction of our BCBAs.

We serve both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking families, and we’re hiring ACMs for both. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

What you’ll do

Assist with assessments and develop clear, measurable treatment goals under the direction of a BCBA Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians Coach parents and caregivers, and consult with school teams on treatment implementation and client progress Monitor client programs and make data-driven recommendations for skill acquisition and behavior reduction Prepare progress reports and treatment updates Keep documentation accurate and on time, in line with company and funding source requirements Respond promptly and professionally to families, staff, and the clinical team

Required

At least 12 completed graduate units in a master’s program in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Experience working in ABA Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and manage a caseload with multiple priorities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field 2+ years of ABA experience Previous experience as an ABA case manager, supervisor, or similar leadership role
