Our Assistant Clinical Managers came up through the technician role. That is not a promise about you, it is a description of how this clinic is actually staffed.
Behavior Technician
You run the sessions. We pay for the RBT certification, and many people here started with no ABA experience at all.
Assistant Clinical Manager
Eighteen months of direct work and a master's under way. You train technicians, review data, and hold a caseload together.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
You own the plans and the clinical decisions. We will talk about your supervision hours long before you need them.

The parts we would rather you heard from us
- Caseloads in this region are real, and so are the drives between them.
- You will be observed working and told what to do differently. That is the supervision, not a performance review.
- Everyone clears a Live Scan through the FBI and the California DOJ, a child abuse index check and a TB test before meeting a child.
- Families here have often waited months and sometimes been let down before they reach us. Some first sessions are hard.
