Nondiscrimination
Who we serve, and what to do if we get it wrong.
We serve every family
Data Driven Educators does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, medical condition, veteran status, immigration status, or source of payment.
That includes families paying through Medi-Cal or a regional center. It includes families who speak no English. It includes families without documents.
Language
We provide services in English and Spanish. Our website, our parent courses and our emails are available in both. If you speak another language, tell us and we will arrange interpretation at no cost to you. You should never have to bring your own child to interpret for you.
Disability access
If you or your child needs an accommodation to work with us, a wheelchair-accessible room, a quieter space, written rather than spoken instructions, tell us and we will arrange it.
If you think we got this wrong
Tell us first if you feel able: call (951) 440-6220 or email info@datadrivenedu.com, and ask for the Administrative Director. We will respond in writing.
You may also file a complaint directly with the California Department of Health Care Services or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Center for Civil Rights. Contacting us first is not required, and we will never retaliate against anyone for filing a complaint.
