The short version

This website is not where your child's therapy records live. It never has been and it is not designed to be.

What we collect here

When you fill in a form. Your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, which services you ticked, and what you typed in the message box. We also record your IP address and the page you sent it from, to stop automated abuse.

When you use the learning portal. Your name, email, chosen language, which courses you were assigned, which lessons you finished, quiz results, and certificates you earned. Nothing about your child.

What we deliberately do not collect

• Your child's name, date of birth, or diagnosis
• Session notes, behavior data, or assessments
• Insurance numbers or medical record numbers

Those belong in our clinical systems, under HIPAA. If a form on this site ever asks you for them, something has gone wrong. Please call us instead.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and only the ones who need to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, hosting, our database, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in to the portal. One remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. That is all this site sets on its own.

Your choices

Email us at info@datadrivenedu.com or call (951) 440-6220 and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA and we will honour them.

Children

The portal is for parents, caregivers and staff. It is not for children to use, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
