Send the referral

Name and a way to reach the family is enough to start.

Required

Optional, but it is usually the fastest way to reach you.

School, medical practice, or regional center.

A sentence or two is plenty. Please do not include medical details here.

We use this to contact you about services. We do not sell your information, and this form is not for medical records.

Please do not send clinical records through this form. Once we have consent from the family we will set up a secure route.

Who we can take

What makes a referral straightforward

  • A child from about 18 months through 18 years.
  • An autism diagnosis, or a diagnostic appointment already booked.
  • A family living in Riverside County or the Coachella Valley.
  • Commercial insurance, Medi-Cal, or an Inland Regional Center case.
  • A family who wants therapy, not one being pushed into it.

Being straight with you

When we will say no, and what we will do instead

We will tell you quickly if we are not the right fit, a full caseload in that area, a need outside what ABA treats, or a family who would be better served closer to home. We would rather pass a referral on than hold it open.

When we say no, we say who to try next. We keep a working list of other providers, regional center service coordinators, and speech and occupational therapists across the Inland Empire, and we will give you names rather than a shrug.

No diagnosis yet

You can still refer

Send them anyway. We will explain how the diagnostic route works in California, what their plan requires, and roughly how long each step takes. Families lose months to that maze, and a fifteen-minute call usually saves them one.

Would a conversation be quicker?

Call and ask for the intake coordinator. You will reach someone who knows the clinical side.
